After an awesome time at the PHSC Bobcat Rumble Rama and an even better time over thanksgiving break, the GPS Robotics team are back to enthusiastically preparing for their next VEX clash!
With the finalization of robotic builds for both teams Viltrumites and Raiju Robotics (Formerly team Metalheads), all that there is left to do is to test and ensure they are skilled enough to perform the best they can in their upcoming Kraken Klash at Wendell Krinn Technical High School! This will be an intriguing competition for GPS Robotics, especially with this competition being held at their mentor school, the team will show off as much as they can this next competition!

With that being said, there were no major changes made to robots this week! Due to our newfound experience that has come with all of our competitions so far, all the major modifications to robots have been complete and this week’s priority was scrimmaging and testing robot functions.
Scrimmage With LED!
In preparation of their next competition, the GPS Robotics team has decided to participate in scrimmages with our mentor team, LED Robotics!
On December 4th, the GPS robotics team ran a total 6 scrimmage matches in preparation for the upcoming competition on December 7th. This progress made with our mentors have taught the drivers on the GPS robotics team dire information and strategy they will use in upcoming competitions and build upon as their progress improves.
We thank LED Robotics for helping us improve our general knowledge of VEX and robotics as a whole, particularly with this past scrimmage. Don’t miss the Kraken Klash at Wendell Krinn Technical School and make sure to show your support for GPS and LED robotics!
