What we do

As a club, GPS Robotics competes in VEX and FRC (FIRST) robotics competitions. During the duration of the club, club members will learn how to work with a team, use proper safety procedures, design and build robots as well as manage our teams, business and media.

Our history

GPS Robotics is a robotics club based in Kirkland Ranch Academy of Innovation and was initially founded in 2023-2024 with little documentation or activities. Our FRC and Vex teams were founded during the 2024-2025 season. This season was our debut season in both VEX and FRC competitions with our teams winning two awards. 

Our mission

GPS Robotics’ mission is to inspire our robotics community to be creative and confident. We plan to further students’ education and experiences through activities and projects done within our club. We aim to be inclusive to everyone in and outside the club and treat everyone with gracious professionalism and inspire the peers around us.
